1. BAT UK Ltd is under no obligation to accept the return of products from a Customer which are: a. Not UK plain packaging compliant b. Non-Track & Trace c. Non-Menthol Products d. Menthol Products

2. BAT UK will only uplift stock that is reflected on the Vapermarket portal for each customer. 3. BAT UK will only uplift stock from retailers who have completed their stock details on the Vapermarket portal by 31st August 2020 and have a valid reference number. 4. BAT UK will not accept the return of part packs, open packs, damaged packs or individual cigarettes. 5. BAT UK will not accept any products from competitors. 6. BAT UK will verify each returned product and our count will be final. 7. Your BAT representative will communicate a pick-up date and time in the coming weeks. 8. ePen3 Green LEP outer is subject to availability and provided on a first come first serve basis. 9. £5 Vapermarket credit will be a voucher code and provided once the returns form is completed. 10. The voucher code can only be applied to transactions of £30 or above. 11. The voucher code will expire on the 31st December 2020. 12. Must have a valid Vapermarket account to receive the ePen3 Green LEP and £5 voucher.
